Stella, Lia and Baby

Here’s a note from the mom of one of my favorite and most beautiful rescues, Stella.  I named her Charlene and she was THE MOST adorable puppy.  She’s got such a great home with Laura and her family.

“Hope all is well with you.  Wanted to update you on Stella, formerly Charlene.  It will be 2 years this month that she entered our family.  She is doing great.  She is still in love with her big brother, Duncan.  For an island girl she sure loves the snow….and we have had plenty for her to play in.  We have fostered pups since getting her and she has loved them all.  She must have been good this year because Santa left her alot of treats!

My escape artist and precious sweet girl Lia is at home with John and his famiy where they have this to say about sweet girl:

“We learned how to keep dogs from getting away, one will always trick us but we learn more.
Before Lia, we had a white Siberian Husky that loved us however..  she had to find out what was over the next hill.  After several dog hunts, we learned some dogs can really climb ten foot walls.  Also our Lab/Husky we call baby dog that lives with Lia.
She was a rescue 6 years ago, on her cage in SPCA was a big sign that said “escape artist”.
Oh yes, she was an escape artist !

Thank you!
John”

And here is Baby!  We found her at the Courtyard Marriot with two other kids who were lost and hungry.  We scooped them up and got them to the vet and they are all in great homes now.

Baby was adopted on the spot by Wesley and Ginna who came up to us on the beach and told me they wanted Baby when she’s ready to come to the US.  And here she is (the Chow mix on left) at home safe and happy with her mom and sister.
Thanks for helping guys and let’s keep up the good fight for our strays on the streets and beaches of Puerto Rico.  Donate when you can and always adopt the adoptable!
Thanks for reading and God Bless!
